Terms & Conditions
1. General Agreement
Alpha Wolf Decals provides vehicle graphics, wraps, decals, tint, signage, and related services. Due to the condition, age, and previous repair history of vehicles, results may vary. Customers acknowledge that vinyl wrap installation and removal involve inherent risks, especially on vehicles that are aged, damaged, repainted, oxidized, or have failing surfaces.
2. Vehicle Paint & Surface Condition Disclaimer
Alpha Wolf Decals does NOT guarantee wrap performance, adhesion, removability, or paint preservation on vehicles with repainted panels, failing paint, chipped paint, rust, oxidation, body filler repairs, clear coat failure, sun-damaged paint, aftermarket paintwork, poor factory paint condition, previous wrap damage, or ceramic coatings. Customers understand and agree that vinyl removal or installation may pull paint, clear coat, body filler, or past repairs from the vehicle surface.
3. No Warranty on Failing or Repainted Surfaces
No warranty, expressed or implied, is provided on repainted panels, panels with body work, rusted areas, failing paint, damaged surfaces, existing decals or adhesive residue, or vehicles older than manufacturer-recommended wrap standards.
4. Body Work & Hidden Surface Disclaimer
Alpha Wolf Decals is not responsible for the quality, condition, or integrity of any body work, repairs, filler, primer, repainting, or hidden damage underneath the vinyl wrap. Customers acknowledge that vinyl installation and removal may expose poor-quality body work, sand marks, body filler, improper repairs, paint mismatches, rust, hidden damage, previous collision repairs, or surface imperfections. Alpha Wolf Decals does not guarantee wrapped surfaces will conceal existing defects or body work imperfections.
5. Warranty Terms & Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer
Alpha Wolf Decals provides a workmanship warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation unless otherwise stated in writing. This workmanship warranty covers installation defects directly related to Alpha Wolf Decals’ labor only. Manufacturer material warranties may vary depending on the vinyl brand, laminate used, print process, installation surface, vehicle storage conditions, and environmental exposure. Alpha Wolf Decals does not guarantee or control manufacturer warranty approvals and is not responsible if a manufacturer denies or rejects a warranty claim for any reason. After the one (1) year workmanship warranty period has expired, the customer is solely responsible for all labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, shipping, and related service costs associated with any manufacturer-approved material warranty claim, even if the replacement material is provided by the manufacturer.
6. Customer Responsibility for Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for informing Alpha Wolf Decals of any repainting or body repairs and ensuring vehicle surfaces are suitable for vinyl application.
7. Design Approval
Customers are solely responsible for final approval of spelling, phone numbers, measurements, colors, layout, graphics, and placement.
8. Color & Print Variations
Printed colors may vary slightly from computer screens, printed proofs, previous orders, or manufacturer color samples.
9. Installation Risks
Wrap installation may require removal of emblems, trim pieces, lights, or handles. Alpha Wolf Decals is not responsible for broken clips, brittle plastic, or aged factory components.
10. Wrap Lifespan & Maintenance
Wrap longevity depends on climate, maintenance, sun exposure, storage, and washing methods. Improper care may void workmanship warranty.
11. Wrap Removal
Additional charges may apply for excessive adhesive, aged vinyl, failing laminate, or paint damage during removal.
12. Delays & Force Majeure
Alpha Wolf Decals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping issues, weather, equipment failure, illness, or supplier delays.
13. Vehicle Storage & Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles left beyond the agreed pickup period may incur storage fees and may be subject to towing or legal action under Oregon law.
14. Payments & Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once design work begins or materials are ordered. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Limitation of Liability
Alpha Wolf Decals’ liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.
16. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Wolf Decals from claims arising from vehicle condition, customer artwork, misuse, or improper maintenance.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed under the laws of the State of Oregon.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By approving artwork, paying a deposit, signing an estimate, or allowing work to begin, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
